Spearheaded the marketing strategy for an early stage startup, achieving remarkable results in a tight timeframe. Website Development

Designed and produced a bespoke website, communicating the value proposition of service and product offerings. Site included custom Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Terms of Use along with other integrations such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, and newsletters.

B2B Services Launch

This pre-seed startup was eager to enter the market quickly. After thorough discussions with the founder, evaluating the business plan, and consulting relevant stakeholders, Alisha crafted a viable strategy to launch with limited resources.

Innovation

As a member of the Innovation Team, Alisha identified opportunities to position the company as 21st Century Industrialists. She recognized instances when the product strategy deviated, emphasizing the overarching goal of aligning the company to tackle the existential challenges facing manufacturers and industries in the modern era.

Branding

After immersing herself in the company's vision, ethos, and heritage, Alisha collaborated with freelance designers to conceptualize logotypes and logomarks. Drawing parallels between iconography, technology, light spectroscopy, and aspen tree root systems, she ensured alignment with the founder's original vision. Guiding the selection of branding colors and tone of voice, she maintained strategic coherence throughout the process.

Google Ads

Alisha conducted thorough competitive keyword research to inform the Google Ads strategy. By closely monitoring results and search insights, she optimized website copy, titles, descriptions, and keywords to maximize impact.

As Division President of a start-up in the enterprise technology space, I brought Alisha on board to head up our marketing efforts targeting mid-cap manufacturing companies. Alisha shined not only in crafting and deploying strategies for delivering our marketing road map for B2B sales, but just as importantly, for being adept at planning and building the resources we would rely on for capturing and converting sales leads. Alisha built and deployed our CRM solution along with the sales funnel and the suite of analytics tools behind it. She single handedly architected, designed, and deployed our website along with our social channels. She was also instrumental as a collaborative partner to help dial in our messaging and value proposition.
